Totally impressed by the staff at the Cambridge store today. I really wasn’t sure what I needed exactly, nor where to find it…I had Katie, Alex & Amelia to help me out. It’s a real shame that more retailers don’t have such excellent staff!

Super service, ask for Amos, promote this man

Purchasing a Rab coat was made easier by trying the coat on in store, before purchasing online. It was delivered quickly and packaged well. I would have bought in store if they had the right colour.

The lady serving was very helpful with positive energy.

If only all shops were like this. Knowledgeable service from Chris, good range and stock of different sizes.

Katie was super helpful today with helping me find the right all round shoes for a mix of scrambling and hiking! Super super helpful as I was clueless. Thanks again Katie!

I highly recommend GO Outdoors in Cambridge- the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Katie helped me with choosing some walking socks, and I appreciated her recommendation of a product that she had personally bought. I have signed up to do a 5K walk, and I’m doing it for a charity called Immunodeficiency UK, and Katie kindly offered me a discount on my purchase today, because I’m doing it for charity. Emily was really helpful too at the checkout, and it was really lovely to have encouragement from them both on the 5k walk I will be participating in. Thank you so much.

I asked to try on a couple of shoes.
This was done quickly.I needed a larger pair and this was quickly done.I chose the one I liked and went to pay for them

Katie was amazing she was so knowledgable and patient while I tried on numerous pairs of shoes probably nearly 15 pairs. So charming. Thank you Katie!

Lily and Katy provided exceptional service when I had to return a pair of walking boots that had shed a sole less than a year after purchase. Without hesitation they found a replacement pair and performed the exchange. In my experience, this level of customer service and commitment to first class service is typical of Go Outdoors Cambridge. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for outdoor kit.

Usually shop in a different GO, but was visiting Cambridge so decided to pop in. Helpful staff as always!

I received great service at Go Outdoors today. My 4 month old walking boots which had unfortunately developed a fault were swapped for another pair. Furthermore, Katie who was working in the footwear department was both friendly and very helpful offering advice and ensuring I was happy with my boots and socks. Thank you very much.

We were served by a very nice young lady called Katie today 27th Feb 26.Katie was very helpful and went out of her way to nake sure we were pleased with what we were buying. A very happy customer 😊

Katie was lovely and super helpful. She went above and beyond, patiently helping me find the right goretex shoes. I appreciated her help very much and would have been a bit lost without her.

Service was above and beyond, amos and gess at the cambridge store should be praised highly for being able to meet the demands of their customers, won't be shopping anywhere else from now on for outdoor shoes and clothing. The merrel Moabs where a great choice. Thanks again

I had needed a waterproof coat for a while now but didn't know which one suited me. I visited go outdoors expecting to leave empty handed, however I was greeted by a young lady who took the time to go through at least 5 different coats with me and we decided on one that fits quite well and keeps me warm. I've had the coat for a few months now and the stitch around the cuff has started to come loose, it's nothing major so it's not an issue. Thank you to the lady that helped me when I came in, I think her name was Sara.

We called Go Outdoors to ask whether they could get some hiking boots ready ahead of time as we were in a hurry. We spoke to Alex who was incredibly helpful. We gave her our specifications.

When we arrived, there was a lovely mountain of boots waiting to try on. Chris was brilliant in his knowledge and advice regarding brands and comfort.
