Great choice and plenty of sizes. Although you are not the cheapest even with discount store membership card. Blacks are cheaper but as there isn’t a store in Cheltenham I shopped at your store.

Brilliant customer service from Luke
Staff member Luke was cheerful, friendly, courteous and most of all, helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests and made me feel like a much appreciated customer. Just excellent customer service start to finish and an absolute credit to the company not just the Cheltenham store.

Amazing customer service from Luke!

Luke's knowledge on what different brands offered was great. He also gave me honest feedback when I asked if particular jackets looked ok on me!

Great quality stock, Low quality staff
While I find the quality of the stock excellent, the low number of staff on the shop floor means I often have to wait or go hunting for help.
As I am severely colour blind stock being poorly labeled or often with the suppliers or manufacturers less than helpful terms like rust or forest leave me at a loss add to this having to hunt for a member of staff to ask what for many is a simple question is often off putting.
The Shoe section where some of the stores highest big ticket items are housed is often bereft of staff.
I do visit the store often and always spend a good deal of money and the benefits of being a member are appreciated, I keep returning due to the variety of good quality stock although as I have a small frame it is disappointing to find mainly the larger sizes in stock, I understand that research and space dictates you stock for your chosen demographic but you will attract others like me if you provide for them.
