Treat customers with respect....
Ordered a jacket in store which needed to come from the warehouse - really good service so far. Went to collect the jacket from the store a few days later and the young assistant was very poor, had to call the manager but not much improved. I suggest the staff are trained to treat the 98% of honest customers with respect and not treat all customers as if they are the 2% dishonest shoppers. We won't be shopping there again anytime soon.

Check the price tag carefully - you may be in for a nasty surprise!
Positive: helpful member of staff
Negative: the obscure price label. It turned out that the price I could see on the price tag, £21, was in fact the 'Members' price. The actual price to be paid by anyone who isn't a member, £24, was printed so small on the price tag that I couldn't make it out - even with glasses. To qualify for the easily visible price the customer needs for buy a 12-month membership for £5. This seems very sharp practice.

Mason and his team were fantastic
Mason and his team were fantastic. The item i wanted was not in stock and he managed to order it on line and organised for it be delivered to my home address. The shop was busy, but nothing was too much trouble.
