Great service and really friendly team mate, greeting upon entry and then follow up when needed. Issues with membership number but made sure to take the time to sort out for us.

Great help in the store! Adam was great in helping me and my partner get all the kit we needed for our upcoming trip.

As soon as I walked through the door I was looked after. Different styles of footwear were discussed in the end I believe I ended up with the footwear which exactly covered my requirements. Well done and good luck with the new shop.

We were looking for some walking shoes and waterproof tops, and Catherine was especially helpful and brought some excellent suggestions and sizes, and was extremely accommodating. She found the best price for us, and we were very happy with what we bought.

The staff at the Chichester store were extremely polite and helpful. I commend the young female member of staff who was patient and gracious when my neice failed to make a decision after trying on numerous pairs of walking boots.

I popped in here yesterday, just to have a look around and not really to purchase anything. I got a very warm welcome from MASON and as I browsed he was attentive without being intrusive. I was looking fir a particular type of glove and the shops l rued wee not helpful, however in GoOutdoors, I was pleased to experience a more positive response in this shop to what l was looking for, Mason,who was friendly and very helpful, looked for me and we found a great solution 👍

I was served by Mason who listened to my description of the type of walkimg boot I wanted and got it immediatly! He imtroduced me to the card which gave a discount.
I later discovered the same boot cheaper online. I phoned and spoke to Evana who was very helpful and refunded the difference.
