Served by Sarah today who was very lovely about having to price match all our shavings for our horses in this 30 degree heat we are having! Was served by her last time and always really helpful. Thankyou

Sarah at the tills was very helpful in getting our member card sorted, bought a great product and got great service.

I ordered a coat for click‑and‑collect after the website showed it in stock at my local store. When we called to check if it was ready, we were told online orders “take a few days to arrive”, so we cancelled the order immediately.

Weeks later, I received only a partial refund, nowhere near the amount I originally paid. When we contacted the store, they claimed we had already collected the coat — which is impossible, as we never went anywhere near the store.

We called customer service twice to resolve this, and on both occasions we were put on hold and then the call was dropped. No call back, no follow‑up, nothing.

At this point, we simply want the rest of our money returned. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and completely unfair. I hope someone from Go Outdoors finally takes responsibility and resolves this.

We go to Coventry most years and every time we have asked for help it’s been brill. This year we camped in Canterbury and went to go outdoors there as we needed something and the help there was just as good. Staff are always super nice. Keep up the good work.

One staff member stands out who is an asset to the company Becky. I went into your store and Becky spent time helping me on Monday 15th June. I cannot speak more highly of her helpfulness and politeness. On Tuesday 16th June I had reason to return and again she recognised me and again went out of her way to be more than helpful. Real asset

Ordered 4 items, refunded 1 without asking. Part delivery of 1 chair and no idea when the others will arrive.

Still waiting for the rest of the refund.

Shocking systems but people in the store were good and as helpful as they could be

We were served today by Hannah at the Naylors desk. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested options to my daughter and helped adjust them when they were too big. She was very friendly and helped put my daughter at ease. Thank you Hannah

Just visited this store and I had the best service from Molly. I had to get a number of items and she was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Got everything I needed and more ! The lady on the Till (013) on the receipt was also helpful and informative. If only all retailers offered this we’d shop less on line !

Wide range of products and Amazing service. I had to refund a product and it was very smooth. Hannah was lovely and very helpful throughout.

First time ever being at the shop and was assisted by Millie. I advised Millie I am taking part in the 3 peak challenge and needed walking boots. Millie was great and so helpful. She was also so kind and polite to my children which goes a long way in my book. Thank you for all your help.

Item not in stock in store, asked if I could order online? Staff advised yes, however, did not offer to check if available.
I ordered the item.
No tracking was available.
I phoned the store to check if arrived - staff at store was helpful and confirmed order had arrived.
On arrival to store - directed by helpful staff member to pick up point. Informed would notify pick up point that I was on my way. No staff available at pick up for several minutes!

My brother and I went into store to find some walking shoes for our upcoming holiday. Phoenix was incredibly helpful, giving us shoe suggestions, advice on how to wear them correctly, maintenance and even analysing my gait. Whilst we didn’t find anything for our specific needs, we left feeling really impressed by Phoneix’s knowledge, professionalism and patience. As per previous reviews, she really is a credit to Go Outdoors and to herself and will go very far in whatever she does in the future. Thanks Phoenix and team.
