Visited the store with my dad recently to grab some fishing bits, the young man on fishing dept was very friendly and went out of his way to help us find things. Great knowledge on all of the gear where I knew nothing. Thanks!

Staff are always friendly.
I shop at Naylors/ Go Outdoors regularly, staff have taken time to get to know me and what I buy… always making sure they help me.
Kate is always smiling, friendly and helpful, and lets me know if there might be any problems getting what I buy (goes above and beyond - thank you).
There are always staff visible and the store is always clean.

I was looked after by Ed who opened up another till to save me from waiting. Lovely service and helped me understand what gas options are available at Go Outdoors.

Milly was a super star today. Assisted me with finding the perfect walking boot for a wide foot. She was extremely knowledgeable and asked about budget, which is important to discuss with customers. The best part she was friendly and very patient.

Issac smith was amazing with helping me purchase some new fishing equipment for my upcoming fishing trip he was very informative and extremely friendly would definitely come back in the future

My husband is a keen fisherman, I on the other hand have no clue. Isaac in your fishing dept was so helpful and knowledgeable when I visited to buy gifts for my husbands birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, advice was freely given (but not in a hard sell way) and I walked out not feeling mansplained too in any way. Husband was very happy with his gifts and ill definitely be seeking out Isaac again when with father's day coming up

went in store today, needed a new pair of hiking boots for my snowdon walk...Emily was really helpful and knowledgeable, she was really patient letting me try on quite a few pairs!

Sarah was really lovely and helpful on the tills, helped me set up a membership and gave my dog a treat! Will definitely come back!

I visited the store today and had the pleasure of being served by Mansha. Such a polite and very helpful young lady. Its lovely to be served by someone who is happy to engage in conversation with customers. She is a great asset to your company.

The staff were brilliant, as usual. Unfortunately I will not consider using the store again, certainly not in the near future. I like to buy my fishing supplies and equipment but find the twenty three steps up and down to the upper floor increasingly difficult. The lift has been out of action for too many months now and I am saddened to feel that less able customers are only a minor priority. My thanks again to your helpful and friendly in-store staff.

After ordering online and click and collect, one of the products was then removed without asking if I wanted to continue. I have received a refund for the item but |I could have collected from another store

Brilliant customer service on Friday 8th May at Go Outdoors Coventry. Had to collect a parcel at the back of the store but had some issues - the employee managed to solve these and I was able to get what i needed. Thank you Emma.
