Friendly, not pushy, service
I bought a new pair of boots today. The staff member Viv was particularly kind, speedy, helpful and efficient, with a sense of humour as a bonus. Also to be commended is Ben, who patiently attended to my needs in selecting the right size. Nothing was too much trouble

Went in today as a family of 4 and was looking for 4 new sets of walking shoes. At the back of the store, we found Najiib who was patient even though it was quite busy, incredibly helpful, and had answers to all the questions we asked (There were quite a few). Very considerate, friendly with the children and even let us know he was going on his break, then who the next employee was to help us.
That guy is an asset to the company, made it almost a pleasure to spend £250 anywhere, glad to have received his help as I'm normally very grumpy I'm crowded shops. Please find a way to thank him if possible as he went on break just before we paid.
