Had a fantastic experience in store today. Helped by two guys downstairs who directed me to where I needed to look for something. Viv on the tills was just the loveliest, so helpful and really thorough, picking up the till hadn't picked up the correct price of something while we were talking about the haul of stuff I was buying for my son to go to Cub camp with. Great store to visit anyway but the staff are always brilliant.

Ordered a bbq & membership
Ordered a bbq & membership. Did t get a email to confirm I stock and ready to collect after 7 days. I then rang customer service.
I’m still waiting for the membership card to come through after 2 weeks.
Box was whipped / damaged but no product damaged due to excellent packaging from Webber.

Helpful and Friendly Staff
I have always found the staff at the Cribbs Causeway Store helpful and friendly. I only have the Go Outdoors Discount Card and no others, ie Blue Light etc. It was whilst paying for my item at the tills that Viv noticed my HM Armed Forces Veteran's Card in my wallet and told me that I could get an extra 10% discount with it. I didn't know that, so I am extremely grateful to her. Would many other Company's have pointed that out?

OSR scouts attended the store this…
OSR scouts attended the store this evening before our 2 day expedition. Learning all about the best kit options for themselves from Ieuan who was great. Captivated the scouts with his knowledge of all the products from survival gear to rucksacks, footwear and much more. The supermarket sweep was great fun at the end and tested what the scouts had learnt. Will definitely go again. Big TY to the staff and especially Ieuan.

Scouts kit evening
Out scout group had a visit to the store for a kit evening. Ieuan was so incredibly helpful and gave a really in depth session all about the correct kit to use and the different features of the different essential items.
You can tell he knows his stuff and as leaders we came away learning so much to pass down to the scouts. You are amazing at your job and thank you for taking the time to deliver this session for us. The scouts enjoyed themselves and now we all know how to get us in the best shape ready for future camps/ expeditions and adventures. What a great team of people and a really insightful evening.
