DerbyExpress October…
We were at DerbyExpress October 12th/13th.
We were served by the fantastic Austin and Nicola on the Thursday and great staff on Friday.
Thank you so much for all your help and guiding us to some terrific products.
We will be showing them off when we return to Australia.

Attentive informed customer service
Bought some Boots and many other trekking items over several weeks. Received excellent professional service each time especially from Charlie. He is very knowledgeable about his products, takes time to understand customer needs and gives unbiased advice without being pushy. Often difficult to find staff in other stores and rare for them to know their products well. Have found other staff at this store also very helpful. Hope Go outdoors value their good staff.
