After purchasing the wrong sized jacket for a present, the Go Outdoor staff, especially Fay sorted out and exchanged the jacket for the correct size. All the staff were very helpful and supportive and absolutely brilliant.

Did not have a good selection of water proof trousers in my size of 34 and the short length seems to have disappeared from the universe as well gor all waist sizes.

Recently visited the store for a waterproof light jacket for myself and a pair of walking shoes for my husband. We were assisted by’Faith’ This young lady was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you very much.

Picked up a Haven 400 Shelter for a better price than Amazon or any of the other online shops

Very happy with the customer service and the advice of what pegs were best in case of it being windy. Able to see one in erected outside as it’s being used by a local coffee shop.

It’s being used for a cricket event this weekend to provide cover for a children’s soft play area. I think it’s going to be just right.

Went in yesterday due to an issue with the wrong item packaged from the factory. The staff were not only very friendly and helpful with outstanding knowledge of camping, the staff of the checkout, Michael, definitely added some good humour to customers as we checked out. I'd highly recommend this store.

Initially called at the store purely out of curiosity. Saw the current deal on an electric bike snd spoke to Andy who gave me a comprensive run down on the bike. I was so impressed I ordered two on line and they were delivered three days later. Andy told me to bring the bikes to the store for him to build. I did take them in and they were assembled within 24 hours. Excellent service from Andy. Thanks

The staff at Go Outdoors Doncaster are all excellent and helpful. Today we were served by Paige who was exceptionally helpful knowledgeable and made shopping for boots a pleasure.

Page helped me to get some new walking shows (whilst also managing a giddy dog!)

Had what I needed in stock and was value for money

Faith was the first one on scene when we went into store she obviously realised my husband had health issues (he has both vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s and can be difficult). We wanted a smallish table for our motorhome and she sorted that out with Help from the manager Chris who opened one up for us( there wasn’t 1 on display). Faith then help me sort out a pair off walking sandals for my husband she was extremely patient with us and really helpful, amazing really.
At check out she arranged for Fay to open up another till to save us waiting as my husband was getting a bit stressed Fay was amazing too very patient with us.
All in all what could have been a really stressful time for us was a really enjoyable experience and we actually came out with everything we needed plus a couple of extra items.

Me and my friend came in to the store in Doncaster and required assistance with purchasing a new sleeping mat and sleeping bag. The items I was interested in were the display ones and Paige kindly helped us with packing them in. She was very well mannered and professional and took them straight to the til for us when we were finished shopping.

My order was delivered exactly what wanted even when I wasn’t sure I’d ordered was correct I contacted the online help and was contacted quickly reassuring e it anything was not correct they would help me sort any issues and my in store collection was simple an straightforward
