Served by Emilia and a group of young workers and my experience was fantastic.
First of all they were not pushy or over bearing they just wanted to help to ensure I had an excellent experience.
I had phoned to enquire about winter lined wellington boots and the lady kindly stated they had some in stock, after trying various makes and sizes on, Emilia and the others on the team went to great lengths checking the fit etc.
I could not have received a better service 👍👍

New walking boots
I needed a pair of walking boots and have had a problem finding a suitable pair. I visited go outdoors twice and eventually found a pair. Morgan was very helpful and patient and took time to help me find the right pair.

Sleeping Bags
I wanted to purchase 2 particular sleeping bags, I asked Cameron (Rossington Store) to assist .
He was polite ,down to earth .
He explained the bags I wanted were only available if i bought the display 1 ..if allowed.He did explain that 2 crate deliveries had arrived but as of that time had not been unloaded and so therefore the bags could of been part of that crate .
In the end I went with a different option All in all very happy with the service .

I visited Go Outdoors fishing section
I visited Go Outdoors to buy a fishing chair and was shown a Nufish model with two compatible-looking side trays. When I asked whether the trays would fit the chair’s legs, a salesman confirmed that they would and demonstrated how they attached. I purchased the chair and trays but discovered during my first use that the clamps did not secure them properly, causing them to slide and move.
I later learned from fellow anglers that universal clamp inserts should have been supplied with, or purchased alongside, the trays. The salesman did not mention this, leaving me with trays costing over £19 each that required an additional clamp to function properly. Not a happy Chappy to say the least

Great customer service…
We visited Go Outdoors Doncaster to purchase several clothing items.
We have shopped here for years, however we have noticed recently that the customer service from the staff here has improved hugely.
We have always appreciated the product range and choice, however good customer service makes the experience more enjoyable.
This was demonstrated for example by Faith Yesterday who was so efficient and genuinely friendly bringing shoes to try on and helping with choosing other items.
We were next in line to pay at the Kiosk yet Faith appeared again to serve us.
Well done to the store and thank you Faith.

The manager was so nice and helpful. He sorted us a spare tent pole and even cut it down to size for us. Jess P on the till was also super friendly.

I needed to buy a fully waterproof coat and was given really constructive advice by the gentleman who served me (I didn’t get his name though). He was patient, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Cristina served me at the till and again gave a professional friendly service.
