I had an urgent need!
I had an urgent need due to another retailer failing to deliver on time items that I needed for a trip to Papua New Guinea. I rang the shop and spoke to Fay. She found what I needed and put it by the till so that I could collect it later the same day. The other staff in the store that day were amazing too, helping me to find other bits that I needed in a hurry. Amazing service.

Camping gas
I needed help with the gas for my motorhome and wasn't clued up. I was helped by a man called Chris who was very knowledgeable and even took the time to see which bottles could fit my van and gave advise on installation . IGreat friendly service thanks

I visited the Doncaster store today for some walking boots for several treks I have planned. I was served by Fat, who went through several different options with me to see which would suit me the best. Nothing was too much trouble and recommended a pair of boots which felt fantastic. More impressively, they did very much look after me on price as well. I’ve even included them in a LinkedIn post I was that impressed with the service.
