Needed some advice on tent poles, Michael went above and beyond to help.

Great value and exceptional customer service. Special mention for Christina who really helped me.

We always use this store even though we live in Sheffield. Our new pole piece was put in place with such ease by Michael, wham bam it was done. We thought we'd be buying a new pole complete but just a segment was all we needed. Staff are well trained and polite.

The staff patiently understand the customer's requirements and clearly explain the characteristics of the goods, so that I can choose the right goods.

Fay & Becka where absolutely brilliant couldn’t do enough for me including putting the item in the boot many thanks 👍

Went into this store on Saturday after searching online for a specific item, when we went in we couldn't find it but asked Mick, he said hang on I will find Chris and ask him as it is his department, Chris came and looked at what we wanted and said give me a minute as it is out back somewhere, we had a walk around and bought a few other things, went to checkout and Faye served us, we asked her if Chris has found the item we came in for and she called him on the radio, and yes he had found it, service was excellent by all involved, thank you to all three for your efforts and not just saying no we don't have it and not bother, we will definitely be back again

I visited the Doncaster store yesterday for some walking boots for several treks I have planned. I was served by Jess, who went through several different options with me to see which would suit me the best. Nothing was too much trouble and recommended a pair of boots which felt fantastic. More impressively, they did very much look after me on price as well. I’ve even included them in a LinkedIn post I was that impressed with the service.
