GO Outdoors - Dorchester (Express) Reviews 

Went into the Dorchester store today and was greeted politely and ask how they could assist me. I went in for a particular item which unfortunately they did not have in stock but they showed me alternatives that would meet my needs. I came away with an alternative jacket. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish, i will use them again. Thank you

Today I visited your Dorchester Store and was very pleasantly surprised the two members of staff that assisted my purchase were Amy and Cher they were both helpful polite nothing seemed to much trouble not only do they do the branch credit also the company. Please pass on my gratitude for their assistance. I look forward to meeting them again in my future purchases

Heidi was my extremely helpful assistant, taking trouble to find the best solution for my need.
I was looking for a particular waterproof backpack liner. When we realised that it would be too big for my backpack and that they didn't have a smaller one, Heidi suggested that I look at the drysacks which are lighter and more flexible, with a greater range of sizes. It was extremely useful that we could try out both the liner and the drysack in my own backpack.
Heidi was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, and made my purchase a pleasure. Thanks!

We were served by Heidi who helped us find the items we were looking for. She unpacked a number of items of clothing so that we could try them on and check that we were satisfied. She informed us of money saving offers.

Great service at the Dorchester store by Heidi. She was friendly and extremely helpful - she took time to understand our needs and advise on appropriate products.
She was especially helpful at the check out, sorting out an issue with our new membership card and ensuring we got our full discount.

Surprisingly good selection for such a small version of Go Outdoors. Good prices and friendly service from Amy.

I was interested in some new hiking boots for an upcoming trip. It was thanks to the help of a highly knowledgeable salesperson, Tom, that I was directed to a brand that I was not familiar with. Without Tom’s help I am sure that I wouldn’t have come away with a product that, so far, I am delighted with.

We visited Go Outdoors yesterday to buy a couple of T shirts, we were served by a lovely guy called Eben, he was very helpful and a great asset to the shop.

Cher and Tom were absolutely amazing in helping us exchange a damaged delivery. Not only did they seem genuinely happy to help, they went out of their way to ensure the price we paid online (sale item) was honoured during the exchange although the sale had ended. They made what could have been an annoying experience so easy and stress free when many wouldn't have!

I managed to find a phone number for the store and Heidi answered my call and happily reserved the Bite valve I needed for my hydration pack.
Twice now this store has had what I needed, great shop with helpful staff.

I had really helpful service from Heidi when looking for a new pair of walking boots. I found a pair that fitted comfortably and will fully meet my walking needs.

Tom did an excellent job of helping my mum to choose some walking shoes, recommending a pair that turned out just right. He was patient and friendly, which made the experience easy.
