GO Outdoors - Dorchester (Express) Reviews 

I was unable to secure an item from any of the stores but Even and Amy from the Dorchester branch went above and beyond to to me on the right track. Excellent ambassadors for their firm. Very well done and thank you.

Well, the shop had a good range of walking shoes and in my size. The young lady who served me, Amy, was excellent. She was helpful, polite, she knew all about the products and she wasn't at all pushy - she was great!

Callum was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Thank you to Tom - he helped me purchase the correct hiking shoe option.
He was very knowledgeable, respectful and gave me time and space for me to make the best informed choice.

He provided me with the guidance and information ( including his Dads experiences) when making the best choices.

We were on a family holiday and descided to go shopping in Dorchester.
We visited the GO Outdoors shop.
The staff could not have been more helpful.They were Heidi and Ellie.
Honestly it was a pleasure shopping and being served by them both.
Heidi definitely went out if her way to ensure we purchased a pair of sandals and Ellie was a great assistant .
A great team.

Staff (Heidi & Tom) very friendly and helpful, we were purchasing some outdoor clothing for a forthcoming trip to Scotland and the Lake District. The advice given about the products available was sound enabling us to come to an informed decision. Prices certainly better with the Members Card discount which saved us a bit. When you spend £400+ do you really need to be stung for another 30p for a carrier bag!! How come the online shop has sales but it doesn't seem to read across to the high street stores?

I’ve been in the shop recently and I didn’t know what to choose for my boyfriend’s birthday, but the manager Eben was very helpful, knowledgeable and offered me a lot of choices. Nice experience.

I called into Go Outdoors Dorchester to pick up some emergency camping supplies before I go on a motorcycle adventure to the Alps.

As I have not been camping for several years I am not up to date with the camping basics.

Ellie, helped me throughout my visit, assisting me with identifying the best compact camping stove, Gass cylinders, accessories and compact sleeping bag for my trip. Ellie was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. I found Ellie very helpful and easy to talk to making the whole experience, very satisfying.

If you are looking for any outdoor camping supplies I would highly recommend the Dorchester branch as the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

Really helped by Heidi who was attentive and patient with me when I bought some sandals. Really nice to get good service and much appreciated.

Heidi found the exact walking sandals we needed at a reduced price and a pair of Bridgedale socks. Then suggested if we had another pair it would be at half the price. So my wife had a new pair of walking sock too. Very efficient service and we came away with everything (and more) that we had gone in to buy. Thank you Heidi and Go Outdoors.👍
