Had fantastic customer service from Keir in the shoe department. After explaining what I wanted the shoes for he gave me great advice and showed me a Gortex version which I bought. Ellie on the till was great answering some questions about other items. Well done team!!!

I desperately needed new wellies as mine gave up the ghost on Christmas Eve. Found a nice selection here and got myself a new pair, along with new walking socks and a pair of gloves!! Staff are so friendly and helpful, particularly Kia on the till whose cheerful conversation made our day. 😊

George was very helpful and informative with selecting a pair of trail running shoes and suggesting goretex and other options as well as the ones I had already researched.

Just a short trip in to get a new gym bag, towel and water bottle and I was not disappointed. They had everything I needed, with a wide choice. KIM was very helpful.

Excellent - came in for a pair of walking boots, but we had an issue with being unable to find both shoes of the pair. Want to give a shoutout to staff member Kadi who did not give up and searched everywhere for the matching shoe until she found it, saving us a lot of hassle. Brilliant customer service and very friendly staff!

I went in to get my husband the fishing stuff he asked for and I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for. Matt B and Tim come over and helped me. Honestly I could not rate them enough. They were absolutely amazing and such lovely people. They went above and beyond to help me. They made me smile and I left feeling very happy that such lovely people are still in this world. Go outdoors, you have 2 amazing staff members and should be proud!!!
