The staff in store very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of stock although a bit cramped in. No space if in a wheelchair or using walking sticks.

Hopefully when the new bit opens you will have more accessible space

Just been to buy a new pair of hiking boots and can honestly say that Go Outdoors could not have been more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them especially the young lady called Heather who served me. It wasn’t just me receiving this level of service there was someone else being served at the same time as me by another assistant and she was being given the same service as me . Well done Go Outdoors Grimsby terrific service.

As summer is supposed to be here I decided to go and get some shorts, as usual a warm welcome from Heather and her brilliant staff.
A bit surprised to see the new extension was still not in use as it has been for a few months now, so I suggested to get DIY SOS in to get the job done, come on the management get the job done.
As per usual brilliant staff and friendly shopping experience. And keen prices,my favourite shop in the precinct.

This,was a great shopping experience with the help of manageress Heather and Kat who helped with her knowledge and suggestions about footwear. Very friendly and knowledgeable and professional in their job . Look forward to returning .

Had a fantastic experience in store at the Go Outdoors in Grimsby. All of the staff were friendly, attentive and super helpful. Rachel was brilliant! So friendly and funny. I felt like I could have stood and chatted to her all day about camping and exploring! Enjoy your Ruby Wedding Anniversary and 60th birthday Rachel (the oldest Saturday girl in Grimsby ❤️)

The store was immaculate. Everything was in its proper place and care and attention was given to the layout and how every item was folded or hung. The staff where friendly and incredibly helpful. I've only been to the store twice so far this last two weeks but the staff where incredible both times, this last time they remembered me and asked how I was getting on with my boots and asked if I'd taken any new pictures as they had shared an interest in wildlife photography and one lady even gave me some tips as to a few kingfishers she knew was living nearby. This last time I wasn't overly well and one of the staff even offered me some water if I needed it. I've not received customer service like what was provided a grimsby go outdoors anywhere else and shopping there will be something I do very regularly now due to both the amazing staff and the amazing deals and gear on offer.

The staff were excellent but when I put the jacket on to go out I noticed that it fastened on the mens side not the woman's when I went back to the store and asked about this the lady said it was because they made it this way so you could put a fleece inside. I'm very annoyed about this the jacket cost me £165.00 and should be made the right side .
