Really great service from the Halifax store - rang and the bloke in the phone was really friendly (I really should have asked for a name so I could commend him personally!) then called down later to pick up my parcel and he already had it waiting behind the counter. Appreciate the swift service, as someone who also works in customer service it’s great to see someone like minded and on the ball!!
Will always recommend, drop in if you ever need any help or advice, they’ll sort you right out 👍

Brilliant made a call in the morning stating what i need they checked for me to make sure they had it in stock and put to one side for me, I collected few hours later thank you Steve, Alex and Jake

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking for hiking shoes. Made suggestions and was very patient. Thanks to Jake!

Great service at Go Outdoors Halifax. The staff went out of their way to check stock in the stockroom for an item that wasn’t out on the shop floor, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Genuinely exceptional service, I’d definitely recommend.

Well went in spoke to Steve behind counter directed me upstairs very for the item I was looking for found item straight away clean & tidy.

Exceptionally good service from the staff in Halifax this week, so knowledgable, friendly and helpful (either Jake or Steve, sorry I don't know which staff member goes with which name!).

First of all Halifax is a great place and it was made better with the experience of visiting the GO Outdoors store, in particular my interaction with Steve. He was very friendly and helpful.

I did click and collect and paid for 30mins parking whilst collected my items when turned up the door was locked at 11.57and had a note advising was closed for 12-12.30pm 2 other customers turned up also frustrated. Due toy other commitments had at 12.30 I called the branch and they sorted my order but I did find this very frustrating and that no notice was on the website to advise the store is closed for warning.

So much to choose from and Steve and Jake were incredibly helpful as I did not know what I was doing! Just had a big list for my daughters DofE ! Will be going back next week !

Steve was a great employee who helped me pick out my Gold DofE bag and allowed me to apply my DofE and go outdoors memberships for discounts!

I came into the store today by chance, and received lots of help from Steve and Evie in regards to my queries about the selection of rucksacks.

They also took the time to show me how to adjust the equipment and gave me personal reccomendations, a brilliant and friendly service!

Just went in to get a gas canister for a camping stove I had bought online, Steve and Tom were both really kind and patient got me everything I needed and helped me set up my membership properly. Great shop:)
