Great service and advice
Receieved great service and recommendations from Jake regarding walking shoes saved my girlfriend from non-waterproof shoe horrors! Shoes are ofcourse great quality and provide the protection required. We were recommended to get the membership that neither of us were aware of prior to visiting and Steve set that up quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be returning!

Great customer service
Great customer service from the guys in the store. Double checking I had the correct chair. Lo and behold I didn't! Saved my bacon on my trip for certain. You don't get that online.

Visited the Halifax store today to buy some clothing for an upcoming walk up Ben Nevis for Overgate Hospice. Jake, the Manager, was extremely knowledgable, informative and charming and helped me make sensible choices for my trip. Really pleased with everything I bought and was delighted with the excellent customer service. Can’t recommend enough.
