Incredible service
I had a fantastic experience at Go Outdoors. I went in to buy a tent and ended up getting everything I needed for my trip. The staff were brilliant – really knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They gave me great recommendations and helpful advice that made the whole process stress-free. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I left feeling confident with my purchases. Couldn’t have asked for better – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have bought a number of things over the last couple of weeks and everything that I have purchased has been the write things. The gentleman and lady that has helped me were extremely helpful as there was one instance that I couldn’t reach the top shelf and the gentleman did it for me.

Purchased a pair of PeterStorm walking shoes, both instances the sole had become detached from the main body of the shoe, I replaced them with a pair of Merrell.

Great staff at Halifax.
I ordered the item and it was in stock at Halifax. They had a bit of trouble finding it ,as I told them id ordered it and really it was a click and collect. This gave me time to browse. I found another jacket in the sale and purchased that as well. The staff were helpful with sizing on that brand as I haven't had that brand before.
