Items were easy to purchase online, and collection was also straight forward.
I was asked for ID even though I had the code given for collection, not sure why both is required.

I walked into the shop and wanted to purchased some small items. Mark, the supervisor was extremely professional and very helpful when I was making some of my product choices.

Also, Steph was very helpful too - it's a pity the store is closing as both staff members are a real asset to the company.

I hope both are relocated to another store as their experience is invaluable!

Great prices, well set out with very friendly and willing to help staff. There is another GoOutdoors in Huddersfield but the staff at Express sold me a pair of Merrill Moab boots with their knowledge and experience.

I was looking for some new walking boots and Zenab quickly came to my assistance finding the right size for me explaining to me about the different makes . What a great experience, thank you Zenab for your helpful, friendly way you looked after me.😊

Mark went out of his way to find the right raincoat for my son. I found one that wasn't the right size and Mark kindly advised me on which store I could find a smaller size if I needed to and that I could exchange the larger size for a smaller size by ordering the correct size to be delivered to the store. He was friendly and knowledgeable about Go Outdoors products.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. One of the smaller stores so stock more limited but told us where their large store was and also supplied the name and description of one item I could not get to order on line.

I visited the store because I just started walking and wanted some information on what equipment I required.

Marn was amazing, he has a lot of knowledge about what gear is suited for active and provide magnificent advice for a beginner into walking with tips and tricks to boot.

Howard at the Huddersfield town store was very helpful. I must have tried 6 pairs of shoes that day and he was more than happy to help and advice. He was very knowledgeable.

Fabulous staff with great friendly service...

The store is conveniently situated and a short walk from the railway station. Considering it is a smaller store I was able to find everything I needed and there was a good choice available. Mark was extremely helpful and gave excellent advice which is essential when purchasing footwear suitable for hiking. I will definitely be returning to this store due to it's location value for money and most importantly customer service.
