I have used the boots I bought only once.
I have used the boots I bought once, and I couldn't change them for a bigger size. I was told to use them inside first, which I did, but it is not the same as using them outside, where you've got hills. Ridiculous.

10/10 Experience
I popped into the shop where I was warmly welcomed by Steph and Maggie . I had needed to change my walking coats for a while but they always seemed to drop down the list of to do. This time I had more time and it was explained about the members card and the various types and levels of waterproofing . The staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy . I explained my requirements and I was given plenty of options. I went for a coffee then came back and purchased 2 coats/ jackets !!! I have to say it was down purely to the staff. Thank you and well done and I hope you get recognised for this by your bosses!

1st time I’ve used this store in Huddersfield but the 2 shop assistants couldn’t have been more pleasant polite and helpful . Enabled me to get exactly what I needed for my son’s birthday . A great place to shop
Needed a waterproof coat, today. Shopped in Huddersfield Express, where I was served by Nick and Karen. They were both very helpful and gave good advice..
As, a wheelchair user it is very pleasing to have someone opening and closing the door, for me.
