Plenty of choice, warm, friendly staff, helped me choose the right hiking socks for my requirements and weren't pushy.
Makes a difference being able to try on clothing to get it right and feel the fibres before buying.

First time customer was made very welcome and got a fantastic coat for this weather at a very reasonable price

I contacted Go Outdoors in Huddersfield yesterday to ask if they had the YakTrax ice grippers in stock, the young man I spoke to kindly reserved them for me to collect today.
I was served by Steph and Maggie, who were both very friendly and helpful. I am now prepared if we get any more snow and ice!!. Thank you to everyone, really good service.

Been to GoOutdoors in Huddersfield yesterday and bought some thermals I'd seen on the website. Told them at the shop what I wanted and they found them in different colours. Great service, great shop.

Excellent service in horrible weather conditions and whilst very busy . I managed to find some excellent walking boots, wellies and socks at good prices . The assistant was helpful and friendly and the membership card for £5 was well worth it to make some great savings . Will be making more use of it through the year .

Been to the Huddersfield store today looking for outdoor walking boots I found some and also a jacket the staff were excellent and I got a membership card

Karen and Maggie were very helpful in sorting me out with new hiking boots to help combat the icy conditions. They were happy for me to try on as many as I needed to and advise about not having ones that are too big or they will cause blisters. They also advised about becoming members which saved me money. They also advised if the boots didn't fit with thicker socks, as long as I hand't been outside in them, (just tried them in the house) I could return them.

Greeted by Steph Maggie and Nick. Very welcoming and helpful. Purchase made and very happy with product and price paid.

Mark was super helpful and patient, (Huddersfield store) was choosing Xmas presents for my boyfriend and he ended up loving them. So important these shops are still in the high street. Highly recommend.

Greeted by Karen when entering the shop which was a pleasant start. Was served by Mark who was very knowledgeable about the product and made choosing a pair of walking boots a breeze. Mark listened to what I was looking for and understood the budget and as a result I made a purchase which I am very confident will serve me well. Will definitely be shopping there again, great customer service.

Called to buy sleep bags and exposure bags. First class expertise and service from Mark & Maggie. Definitely my first call for camping and walking gear.

Nick, Steph and Bree were lovely, welcoming and polite. Allowing time for me to browse uninterrupted but on hand to answer any questions. Small go outdoors but very nice staff.
