Staff excellent. Rung up before going. They put the jacket to one side for collection the following day. Only the one jacket my size in any colour. Unfortunately it had a mark on the front. Manager allowed a small discount. Jacket perfect for the use I require. All staff exceptional good. Shop there again. Thanks

Went in store to return an item a few days ago. Karen and Maggie helped me to re-purchase a different model (head torch) and were hugely helpful and genial. Good customer service with a smile. Definitely recommend.

Purchasing with confidence.
I was served by Karen and Maggie today.I was given helpful ,informative advice.As always.They directed me to the overcoat section and I chose a brown Peter Storm parka.Chest size was not so important as putting on several layers underneath helps to keep warm.Karen personally helped with selecting the right size and offering cleaning advice so as not to damage the waterproofing in the future.I appreciate the help and feel as if a friend is advising rather than just a shop assistant.I feel more confident in making a purchase under these conditions.

Great customer service
First class service from Mark, Nick and Karen. Staff like this are worth their weight in gold.
Very knowledgeable and helped me sort appropriate dry sacks out for a rucksack I purchased from the Wakefield store a couple of weeks ago.
Only downside was that I found it is now reduced to half price as a special promotion. Bugger!!
