Was at Go Outdoors, Glendoe terrace in Inverness. The team were amazing, helping myself, wife and kids out. They helped with all membership queries and qere very informative on all the products! Made for an excellent shopping trip! We were served by Joan who was very friendly and helpful, as well as a tall gentleman on the floor, although I never got his name!! Excellent outlet!

We were buying a tent for the belladrum…
We were buying a tent for the belladrum festival, Giles noticed we were heading to the till with a tent and asked if we were going to the belladrum festival due to high winds he recommended a different tent, still within our price range and gave us tips on how to pitch it. So helpful and great customer service to receive as he could of just left us with a bad tent, the till staff were equally as helpful when finding our membership 😀 great service all round
