Fabulous customer service and great value
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly member of staff called Becky. She offered me help to find what I was looking for. I’m doing the Great Glen Way and Becky spoke to me about long distance trails and shared some of her knowledge about the trail I’m starting soon! I found everything I needed thanks to her and it was greatly appreciated. A true asset to the go outdoors team!

Impeccable store
I visited this store again I can’t get enough this time it was for jackets for my son. The store as always was immaculate and so well organised. The staff I spoke to were again full of information about the jackets I inquired about. The membership program is fantastic and saves you so much money on some amazing products. Left with 2 coats instead of 1 🙈. Great shop and more importantly great staff
