Becky was very helpful! I was looking for a pair of hiking boots and she gave me excellent advice. I am very happy with her recommendation and the selection in the shop. I will come back the next time I need outdoor gear! That's for sure!

Very professional and helpful staff,we found what we needed 👏

Visited our local store around 4:15pm. It was very quiet other than my wife and I and one other customer.
As we walked in the door, 4 or 5 members of staff were staying chatting near the entrance. Possibly a team meeting. Several of them turned and looked at us but never gave so much as a "hello".

We walked around the store for a while and several of the staff left the "meeting" while 4 remained and continued to chat, laugh and dicuss things on their phone.
No offer of help or to check we had found what we were looking for.
Again, when we left, they were still standing around chatting, laughing, and sharing whatever was on their phone. One member of staff was actually sitting on a clothing display shelf.

Absolutely zero customer service. Felt like our presence was was possibly disturbing them.

The other customer also seemed to be put out as the only person helping anyone was the young boy at the till.

Absolute joke! Zero engagement from staff at the town centre branch. Left all my ski gear I was going to buy at the till and walked out.
Rather spend my money with people who are interested in making it.
Don’t recommend using this store!!

Bought some new hiking boots and was served by Kasia. Very knowledgable and made sure I got the best of everything.

We were recently in the store and it was Kasia who served us at the till. We always get a hello when we enter the store, and she's always so friendly and helpful. She makes time to make us feel welcome and always passes the time of day. She's definitely an asset to the store.

I went to the Inverness store with my husband who was wanting a good strong pair of boots for dog walking. Edd was amazing getting different boots for him to try on, his assistance made the purchase of the boots go smoothly. Thank you Edd

Spoke with Becky while looking for some new hiking boots. Becky was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. There was never any pressure and even though the store got very busy Becky made sure to check back in without being overwhelming and I managed to get a nice pair of boots!

Went into Go Outdoors in Inverness with my elderly parents to buy warm jackets for their Christmas.
Kasia was so helpful and patient , assisting my Dad to try on different jackets and asking him which one he found most comfortable , she made a huge difference .

I use Go Outdoors fairly regularly. I have always found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. There is always a very good selection of products and the prices are very competitive.
