Helpful and no pressure purchase - ended up buying two pairs of shoes rather than one that I went in for! Staff were relaxed but approachable. Andrea who served me was helpful, seemed to know the products to help me with my deliberations - and was patient, which should always be the case but we know it doesn’t happen everywhere we shop, thank you!

Once more into Go Outdoors Kidderminster, good and plentiful stock, great staff, who seem to go the "Extra Mile", especially Willow who served me to a pair of walking boots, and a pair of work boots, I then went on to buy an OEX work jacket,

We went to go Outdoors as my daughter needed a lot of stuff for her DofE trip. The staff there were fantastic. They got me the manager Andrea as we were having an issue with my daughters App. She couldn't have been more helpful. She made sure the shoes my daughter needed were a perfect fit and made her test them out properly before choosing a pair. She gave us so much advice about what she needed for her expedition

Andrea was very knowledgeable and spent a long time with me to ensure that I made the correct choice of walking shoes for the particular needs of my injured feet. I have just returned from a holiday walking over rough terrrain, they remained comfortable and supportive. Thanks Andrea

There was a great range of clothing and footwear at varied price points. I was assisted by Andrea who was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding my purchase decision. Would recommend.

Visited G/O today to pick up a few bits .. thought id have alook at some new walking trail boots /shoes .. great selection for every budget ! But what really helped was our store assistant Andrea.. nothing was to much trouble and her knowledge was so helpful got fitted properly which make all the difference and the checked my feet for insoles as I have high arches
. Who knew .. they even have technology to check, so left with new boots that really fit with the right insoles .. win win .. thanks again to Andrea cant wait to get in the mountains.

I visited to buy some trail walking shoes. The range was amazing and across all price ranges.
Most importantly, Kaz was fantastic. She listened. Was polite and really knew her stuff across all the ranges available.
She was so patient and energetic, continually serving customers.

Excellent service from our assistant today helping my daughter with sizing her first pair of waking boots as she intends to start hiking. The assistant Andrea could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Great service from Willow at the branch. She was really helpful on the boots /shoes section... going beyond normal service... due to my asking for multiple different boots ... always smiling and happy to discuss her hiking experiences too.

Great service provided at the store. I went in for trail running shoes, the range in store was somewhat limited for the style/tread I was after. Angie from the shoe dept was very helpful and managed to find a perfect fit for my needs.

I visited the store looking to be kitted out for an upcoming trip up Snowdon. There were staff about - smiling and approachable and ready to help - when you wanted it. Two young girls gave me good advice on what items of clothing I needed. I got to the till to be served by another friendly member of staff - Jan. Nothing too much trouble - didn't rush me. Renewed my membership for me. The experience was so good that I returned 2 days later to buy further purchases and was served by Jan again :-)

Andrea was really helpful & friendly whilst we were looking to purchase a rucksack.
