Wonderful staff
Everything was easy to locate and well stocked and the changing rooms were available and in good condition. I was served by an employee called Dave in the Kidderminster branch and he was such an approachable, friendly member of staff, and it was delightful to be served by him, truly an asset to the company.

Shoes and Kaz.
As always, it's the staff that makes a shopping experience, and, in my case,on Bank Holiday Monday, it was a lady called Kaz, who, despite being under pressure, dealing with several customers at once, was friendly and happy to advise me on a pair of walking shoes in some detail. Thanks for your time and trouble, Kaz.
