I have always found your staff…
I have always found your staff friendly, professional and helpful. When I was in last week looking for new boots I was assisted by Steve who was very helpful and spent time explaining the differences in the boots. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he also made my dog very welcome with a treat!

Excellent service while choosing walking boots. Didn't feel rushed even though right at the end of the day. Ethan was really helpful getting out multiple sizes of different styles for us and letting us take our time choosing. I am really glad we have this shop in our town!

Very helpful staff
I went to the Macclesfield store looking for replacement walking shoes.
Ethan was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the various brands and their pros and cons.
I tried on various shoes and ended up buying some Scarpa half boots which I’m very pleased with.

Great staff, choice of goods not brilliant
The staff were helpful in trying to find what I wanted, and did their level best to give satisfaction. It is not their fault that they had not received the particular item I have been looking for. They did manage to find one item, in black. I wanted thre, preferably colours. So it was disappointing, but they are a friendly and helpful group, and they made the exoerience good even so.
