I have sent feedback. The experienca was excellent. I told staff involved in my recent (rather involved) transaction that the Go Outdoors stores are wonderful and the staff and service even moreso.

The sales lady, Michelle, was most helpful. I had an idea what I wanted, she got the boots I was interested in. She provide a shoe horn, & offered me similar products I
had not thought of. As I was trying the boots Michelle gave us room, most important, which we bought. Michelle is a excellent representative for the Penrith shop.

Easy to order online, with quick free delivery. And super-easy to return unwanted items to local store.

Went in today looking for some walking poles, but not really knowing what to look for, however fortunately Michelle was right there to help. She was brilliant, so knowledgeable and helpful, made various suggestions of different poles, didn't just push the expensive ones (like so many other shops do) and I ended up with poles that i am really happy with. Great service, thoroughly recommended.
