Great service from Hannah

Hannah and Ellie were super helpful! They were authentically kind whilst efficiently working quickly in collecting additional boots. I tried on so many hiking boots but Hannah encouraged me to try on as many as I should. Both super friendly, very supportive and incredibly informative, amazing workers. 😊

We spoke to megan on the 3rd oct explaining that we had ordered an e bike on line as it was alot cheaper after we had left another shop earlier in the week we couldn't believe the saving its was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd oct but missed the dedline.for some odd reason i decided to ring the Peterborough store and as i said above spoke to megan who i feel went out of her way to help us with our query and said they would honour the price and luckily had 1 left of the size in store so made the decision to the store this morning and was built by the lovely Dave so job well done guys much appreciated 👍🏻👍🏻

Friendly staff and good communication re collection of the order. Shop was well stocked too and great prices.

Dave and Megan willingly spent lots of time helping me try on multiple shoes to find the right fit. They were exceptionally well informed and offered superb customer service.

Visited the store Thursday last week and would like to say a massive thank you to Hannah Steve and meghan they all made the visit enjoyable and easy, Steve went above and beyond to find the product I initially came to buy,Hannah on the tills was lovely and so welcoming and meghan came to help, definitely coming back would definitely recommend thank you all

I visited the store to purchase some new trainers. Excellent service from start to finish. Gareth was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the right trainers. A very good shopping experience, thank you.

Gareth was very friendly and helpful when we needed some walking boots for my son - multiple sizes and types and very patient throughout!

Customer service was really good. The staff were very polite and helpful when I was struggling to get what I needed. Good sale items too. Make time to look around as there is lots to see. I would highly recommend these guys.

Visited your store as i used too, took what I needed to the till and produced my MOD Form 100 ( HM Armed Forces Veteran card) as i have done in the past to be told Go Outdoors doesn't want to give Armed Forces a discount anymore. Nice to know how much your company values our service. However if I was a cleaner in a hospital I could buy a Blue Light card which you value more than members of our Armed Forces.
I feel very let down and disheartened by your new policy.
Why has your company done this to us?

Our sales advisor, Matt, was really helpful. He made time for us and didn't rush us to make a decision. And he then supported us in getting a price match reduction on the trekking boots we were buying.

Laura was brilliant when helping me find the right walking boots for my 30 mile charity walk this coming Friday 18th September.
I have metal plates in my left ankle and she couldn't do enough to help advise me and find the most comfortable boots to help support me. I always find the staff are brilliant at GO outdoors and I'm grateful for her help.

Gareth was very helpful with what type of shoes i wanted, he has great customer service skills and a very funny personality, always throwing in a joke.

Gareth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find parts of my DofE kit and not recommending the most expensive but instead recommending the kit that will work the best for me. He was also good at keeping a happy atmosphere by making jokes and being able to have a laugh.

We went into the Peterborough branch to purchase our first tent. We’re complete beginners and added to that I’m a full time wheelchair user which comes with its own complications. We asked to speak with a “tent expert “ and we were introduced to Dave. Now this guy is a credit to your company. He’s very knowledgable but without being a typical sales person. He listened to all of our requirements without judgment. He gave his opinion without pressure. There’s no way I wanted to make a large purchase like this online without expert advice first. The outside display is a genius idea and very helpful. I can’t wait to start our family holidays for years to come.

Very pleasant young man on the tills, was very helpful with answering my enquiries. Shop set out nice. Staff helpful, bought a couple of items but the tent we wanted remained out of stock unfortunately.
