I purchased a ‘Wild’ 26” bike for my granddaughter at the Plymouth store with my granddaughter to try on suitable sizes. Came back to collect once assembled. No issues. On collection Andy was helpful in explaining bike adjustments, guarantee and free check-up 6-8 weeks later. Very pleased with attention to detail at purchase, assembly and collection on 12 & 16 August 2026

Is this Carlsberg selling Outdoor gear?
Ordered online with an anticipated pick up in 48 hours.
Received text advising order ready for collection the following day.
Spoke to a number of staff on the shop floor and the collection point who were all very polite and friendly, including dog friendly.
A great selection of stock at competitive prices.

Matt is a credit to the store!
Matt supported me both on the phone and in store with locating an item and with buying them from fishing department. Matt showed great knowledge and passion for fishing related items and did not rush me in any way!

Matt was absolutely brilliant - great intro to fishing
Matt was absolutely brilliant. I’d never been fishing before and genuinely didn’t know where to start, but he went out of his way to give me so much time and attention, making sure I had the right kit and, more importantly, that I actually understood what I was buying.
His knowledge is encyclopaedic – he clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about. He even drew me a diagram showing me how to set up the bait and tackle! and took the time to explain everything properly.
I went in knowing absolutely nothing and came away actually feeling confident enough to go fishing and enjoy it. If you’re thinking about getting into fishing and have no idea where to start, go and speak to Matt. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough for all your fishing needs. Thank you, Matt!

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Ordered a tent on line as a click and collect item which was paid for then and there. Waited a week no update. Went into the store they said the tent should be with the store in two days time. Walked around the store and there were 6 in stock! Asked if I could have one. Told no. I was informed I could only have one if I paid for it again.
Explained that I was already waiting on one from them that I had paid for so why couldn’t I have that one. Told no.
Asked for refund on my click and collect - told no. Advised different delivery process and could only have a refund once my click and collect had been delivered in store!
Terrible customer service and internal fulfilment system. Will not use click n collect again and will avoid Plymouth store. Less than helpful staff.

We appreciate how frustrating it can be to have placed an order in good faith for this to not be received within the expected timeframes.
Having checked your order we can see that due to the stock location of the ordered items this was processed from our warehouse and despatched to the selected collection location. This is completed within the advised 3-5 day standard delivery timeframe. Whilst we appreciate that the items were available in store at the time of visiting, our systems have already acknowledge and processed your order. Meaning that the store are unable to provide you with the item until the allocated one arrives for you to collect.
Our customer care team have processed a refund on the order following on from your contact to them, which will show back in your account with 3-5 working days.
Your feedback has been noted and we are grateful that you took the time to share this.
