Very helpful and knowledgeable staff especially Megan.s well laid out store easy to find what I was after

Amazing and helpful staff! We were looking for gas for a stove we purchased from a different store and didnt know what type we needed. Matt and Alex who were working on the shopfloor couldnt do more to help and were determined to help us find the right item. After some googling and trying different cannisters they managed to find what we needed. Alex helped us find the remaining items we came in for and Matt served us at the till in a friendly and speedy manner. Both are a credit to Go Outdoors and we will definitely be purchasing all our camping items from this store going forward thanks to them.

I went in store feeling frustrated that the website was saying my tent was in stock, I kept ordering it and paying for it and then it would be cancelled. Camping trip planned for this weekend and now no tent. I was assisted by Alana who was brilliant. She was empathetic and apologised for the inconvenience. She helped me find a suitable replacement tent and offered me a discount on it due to it being a second best option and more than I had originally wanted to pay. I came out feeling listened to and satisfied that I was prepared for my weekend away.

I would like to give the upmost gratitude today to one of your employers Matt Powell, came In today to look at fishing equipment, as a newbie to the sport his knowledge and professionalism he shown me was exempt, he was kind, well spoken and I walked away with a better understanding of is required for my up coming trips. We arrived today looking for a fishing net. We were helped by latesha. She was very chatty and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble. From first contact to the tills she was very upbeat and smiley. Wonderful girl and service . Thanks

Limited staff on for the size of the store I felt, however a shoutout to Ollie who was very helpful when we needed help with purchasing a bike! Thank you!

No steps to fight with. Automatic doors. Bathroom on site. Store clean and tidy. Items well labeled. Air conditioned, well lit and spacious. Great selection of tents. Dogs welcome, dog water and snacks provided.

We were served by Nana and she was warm and helpful.

Free car parking lot- large. Bit odd to get into.

Nana was amazing, so polite, helpful and a credit to Go outdoors!
