1st order sorted very quickly, walking boots, unfortunately needed next size up. Ordered, and again able to collect next day, and get refund for my first purchase. Staff in Plymouth branch of Go Outdoors friendly and helpful .

Excellent - will visit more often - store has a lot to offer. Both Beth for finding shoes and the lady who helped select a hat were kind and helpful.

The girls in store didn't know, what they were doing very un-organised didn't fill me with much confidence. Couldn't find my items. Puts me off from ordering online.

We were restocking and repairing out tent in the middle of our camping trip and stopped off at the Plymouth GO Outdoors.

The Ollie, Beth, and Simon were so lovely and helpful and incredibly friendly. Another member of staff who we unfortunately didn't get the name of also help us with our tent pole repairs. Absolutely brilliant!

We was served today by nana (unsure of the spelling of the servers name) she was very patient and understanding a took time to help me find a membership that wasn’t entered in correctly on the computer. Really friendly and great customer service.

I’ve been purchasing from Go Outdoors for a long time now, can’t fault them, always consistent and never had any faults that weren’t narrowed down without hassle or rebuttal.

Served today by Steph, made me feel welcomed and got me through the tills quick time despite having A LOT of little bits and pieces. 10/10

Staff were very helpful despite the temperature indoors and outdoors. Would have got 5 stars but I wasn’t able to find some of the things I went in to get. For example, camp beds were hard to find. I also wanted a garmin watch that I had seen online but wasn’t available in store. Shout out to Steph who assisted me and gave me advice on how to buy it

I recently went to Go Outdoors with my son to prepare for his trip to Norway. We arrived with a massive shopping list and were immediately offered help. What impressed me most was the teamwork: as we moved through the store, we were seamlessly handed over to specialised staff members in each department. They guided us every step of the way with great expertise. Thanks to this truly amazing team, we found every single item we needed. Highly recommend this store for its outstanding customer service! Huge thank you to Beth & Steph today aho helped out with my sons residential gear. We came in very close to closing time and they were still happy to advise,help and patiently wait for my son to tie his shoelaces and try the ramp "just one more time" it makes a stressful outing that little bit easier when we are met with patience. Thank you both

. It was early evening so easy to walk around store. Specially came to buy walking poles. I had walked by them without seeing them. A member of staff immediately directed me to them. At the payment desk there were a few queueing but no problem. As soon as I reached Steph she immediately apologised for the wait. She pointed out my discount card had run out and I duly renewed it. All done wirh a lovely smile and courtesy. Also air conditioning was much appreciated on such a hot evening. First class store.
