Very helpful staff, particularly Steph on the till who helped arrange my Go Outdoors discount card and was very chatty and friendly. I found the things I wanted at very good cost. Highly recommend Go Outdoors.

Wonderful quick click and collect service from Suzzanne and Matt ( who despite being Ex RAF for which we cant he can’t help bless him 😉 and therefore surprised he was in work and not trying to find the 5 star hotel) joking aside both of them were friendly , swift with the click and collect - both a credit to the company

I was served by Steph at the till, and she provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, welcoming and had a smile on her face throughout. I never felt rushed, and she took the time to make sure that both sandals in the box were the correct matching size before I left.
It might seem like a small detail, but it really made a difference. I had previously bought a pair from another shop where the box contained one sandal in the wrong size, and I had to make a return trip to exchange them. Steph's attention to detail saved me that inconvenience and showed that she genuinely cares about her customers.

After trying to sort my faulty tent for weeks and contacting multiple different companies I popped into store this morning and was helped by Jody, Kyle and Arran all of whom were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my issue sorted very quickly. I had to go in to buy my 1st set of walking boots for some upcoming adventures on the moors but was clueless as to what to get. I had the pleasure of being helped out by an incredible member of staff called Camille, who could see I was clearly lost, and came over to help me. Camille took the time to talk me through different designs, styles and features to help me choose a set of boots that were comfortable and met my needs.
I cannot thank Camille enough for the time she took with me, her honesty and her incredible product knowledge. She was a shining example of fantastic customer service and I cannot thank her enough.

Steph has been really helpful a number of times, and today discounted a number of bits I was buying for the school. All round excellent - the only thing they're missing is a few more unusual/spendy climbing bits.
