Excellent help from staff
The staff was very kind and understanding when we were trying on different sizes of shoes and explained really clearly on the benefits of each product. Special mention to George as he guided us through everything we nedded and even kept it safe for us. Brilliant service.

Ciaran was so attentive and was really kind and very helpful and I am older and was in need of advice for a future trip. I bought great trainers and hope to wear them in the house to check comfy. Helpfully introduced to GoOutdoors and various discounts and communications available when signing up to loyalty scheme, including National Trust discount.
Just slightly disappointed that membership has an annual fee (got it back with discount in one purchase but price of item at Blacks previously was the same).
