Great service, bagged a bargain too!
David was very attentive, patient & advised in a friendly but informative manner, helping me make the right choice (&get a bargain too) in my walking boots. He also made sure our members card was up to date so we only paid the members price.

Shopping for walking shoes
Served today by Sam, a very helpful and polite assistant, buying new walking shoes for both myself and my husband, having had to try on various sizes and designs, thus meaning Sam was up and down to the stock room on at least 3 occasions came back with a smile on her face each time, great shopping experience today, thank you Go Outdoors

I found new shop in Scarborough, they were very helpful and the fact I had to renew my account they helped me do that also as I had not been advised about this. The staff were great and very helpful.

Excellent customer service
David was so helpful and friendly when I called in a few days ago to try on walking boots. I left with a pair of great-fitting North Ridge boots. Sam also provided great service at the counter, making sure we didn’t forget to use our military discount. Excellent customer service from both.
