First time visiting
First time visiting, needing to get the essentials for my first time camping. Could find most of what I needed easily enough. The prices are reasonable especially with the discount card and the student discount is an added bonus! Nicky was excellent at helping us and made us feel relaxed about the experience!

Nothing was too much trouble for Max .The tables & chairs we were interested in were not on display so she happily unpacked & demonstrated how to set them up for us to make our choice. This was all done with a smile on her face. She then took everything to the checkout for us where her colleague Danni put everything through the till . It was our first time in the Store & we were very impressed with the staff such a pleasant change in this day & age . Thankyou

New to camping/ Fantastic service
Never camped before, we had so many questions.
One of the staff ( Josh ) was working near us in the store, we asked if he could give us some advice.
30 mins later we were still asking questions and looking at various equipment, he did a fantastic job and a massive credit to the store / Go Outdoors .
We will be purchasing a tent and equipment this week.
