Big thanks to the staff member who stopped what she was doing to show me where the maps were and then enormous thanks to the wonderful Sue (aka Tanya) who managed her till with the utmost dexterity and searched out my membership number with great finesse. It was a pleasure to spend my hard earned money with you all.

Kerry was very helpful when it came to enquiring about a display item. With it being the last one, Kerry packed it away and took it to reception. Nicky and the other lady at reception were very kind and helpful. All 3 are a credit to the company and exactly the type of people you need in a customer facing role.

Was served by Sue who was extremely helpful and happy.

Jane was extremely helpful for choosing the right clothing for being in jungle conditions. 5 star service

We went to the store for walking shoes and Amy, Kerry and Paul were fantastic. very patient, very knowledgable and helpful. Would definately use the store again.

Got everything I need today. Saved £14.10 with members discount. Was helpful with my purchases by Kerry who was excellent and friendly. At the till Sue was exceptional and efficient in processing payment.

I didn’t get an email saying it had arrived

I went to the Scunthorpe branch close to closing time one night to ask it if had arrived. They couldn’t have been more helpful in finding out. It had arrived

I was served by max and I must admit so helpful went above and beyond to help I left happy with a tent

I was served by Paul today when I was buying a cycling jacket . I didn’t have my membership card with me so he kindly searched by my email and found it quickly . I was about to pay when he asked if I had various memberships including Blue Light which I do . So I also received a further discount which was great !
As he had been so helpful I asked him for one more thing . Strange request to ask a store assistant I know , but i could not release the tyre valve caps on my car tyres . I had a warning light showing low tyre pressure but knew I needed to get these off first before I went to the garage . I was concerned to drive home safely and asked if he would be willing to see if he could release them for me . He found a suitable tool in the storeroom and managed to release them .
So a big thank you to Paul as I put in more pressure at the petrol station nearby and drove home safely .

Fantastic service and so helpful .

We had some excellent help today from Max in the Scunthorpe store. We had questions about different models of tents and even though she was meant to have finished work for the day went out of her way to help us with brochures and advice.

Sue and Carol were extremely helpful when I went to the till. They were very Friendly.

Paul was both knowledgeable and super helpful. Even though the Scunthorpe store didn’t have the tent we wanted in stock he reserved it for us at another Go Outdoors store. Provided the sort of help you could never get online!

Helped by a brilliant and informative woman named Carol in the shoe department. She gave me some great advice on footwear for my 1st hiking holiday. Also brought some socks to help blister protection, didn't even know that was a thing. Very helpful would definitely recommend.

Jake Tanya and Kerry were a great help when it came to me buying my tent. They rang all the nearest go outdoors to see if they had the specific one that I wanted. However they couldn’t. They found out that I could buy the display one. Great service guys thank you for your help

We went to get some hiking boots, socks and hiking poles and Carol was really helpful. She had great knowledgable on the different models and was really patient as we tried on various boots. Thank you - we are delighted with our purchase.

Great customer service from Kerry today when purchasing camping equipment. She informed us about offers we had not noticed and was very knowledgeable about everything we needed.
