Went into go outdoors for some walking boots, wasnt really sure what i needed but was helped massively by a lovely lady called carol, she guided me to what i bought and advised me on socks to avoid blisters too.

Very happy with our purchase and customer service
Collected the tent we purchased that had been on display. Max brought it out to my car and told me a lot about it and was so helpful. Great customer service. Also when we bought it the guy who served us was very helpful and informative didn't get his name Ass 24/24 both a credit to Go Outdoors.

Great emoloyee Carol
Carol from footwear and socks department spent plenty of time providing lots of valuable information about hiking shoes. She helped me choose the right footwear as well as anti blister socks. If not for her I wouldn't have bought anything and would have missed out.

Saved from helpline hell...
After struggling with the never ending doom loop of the helpline number to try and get my members card aligned to my online account the staff here were a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the staff member who took my original call to reserve some trousers my daughter needed and to Paul for his customer service on the day of collection.

Jake TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE
Called into the store on a Saturday looking to buy a couple of lounge chairs and an 12v air pump. After asking a member of staff (Jake) for help in locating the pump he advised me on different types to ensure I chose the correct one then he sorted the chairs, carried all items to the checkout, opened a new till as there were people waiting, after serving a couple who were waiting he then served me and carried the items out to my car.
What a really great guy, from first asking for help he made sure I got total assistance throughout and in such a professional but very very pleasant, happy manner
