I went in to get some la sportiva shoes and carol straight away pointed me to a pair on offer that fit perfect and saved me alot of money she also found me a north face t shirt at 8 pounds. Thankyou carol you are always super helpful and friendly thats why we keep coming back shes a credit to your company all the staff are great to be fair we really do love this place and the staff they are fantastic make sure they are paid well and looked after 10 out of 10

Patient Shoe Sales Lady
I like Go Outdoors as they have alot more choice of walking boots/shoes. Carol served us today, very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. I struggle to find shoes to fit, after trying on just about all walking shoes and different sizes, Carol must have got her steps in for the whole day, I managed to get some comfy shoes for walking (and socks). Carol certainly an asset to Go Outdoors. Am pleased with all purchases today. Thank you
