Came into store today to get some advice on and hopefully buy some walking boots.

I visited the Skipton store thinking it was still owned by the previous owners..I was surprised to see Go Outdoor were the new owners as their other stores were huge cavernous places. I wasn't as impressed with my shopping experience here , but the good news was that I got the Peterstorm lightweight rain parker I was looking for

Great customer service
Despite me turning up with a challenging customer complaint (a non-functioning watch, purchased online , using a gift card and before the change-over from Blacks to Go Outdoors), Miranda was polite, helpful and managed to find a solution for me. I am very grateful and would recommend the store in Skipton.
