Advice on and purchased walking boots
Came into store today to get some advice on and hopefully buy some walking boots.
I had fantastic advice from Alison, who was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We found the right fell walking shoes for me after trying various pairs. Thanks very much Alison.

Great customer service
Despite me turning up with a challenging customer complaint (a non-functioning watch, purchased online , using a gift card and before the change-over from Blacks to Go Outdoors), Miranda was polite, helpful and managed to find a solution for me. I am very grateful and would recommend the store in Skipton.
