Great little shop
I went in to buy a rainproof coat and was helped enormously by Alam, the store supervisor. He gave me good advice, and I came away with an attractive and practical Peter Storm jacket. Alam was interested in his customers and enthusiastic about his job. He should be promoted! All in all, a very successful visit to Go Outdoors.

Served by Gavin- Came in for a set of urban trainers, got measured and left with a pair of urban trainers fitting like a glove. Great service, could have gone down the road to cheaper store for cheaper make - but glad i went for quality of product and quality of service- local to St Pauls

Great customer service!
I went in with no idea what I needed for skiing (it is my first time). Evie went out of her way to help and allowed me to get things ordered to my house from the store. Joel and Sean were also helpful with advice on what to get that didn’t cost too much.

Lovely shopping experience with Alam

Supportive and knowledgeable staff
Sean was very helpful when I came in and discussed different trekking bags.
Although the bag I wanted to look at wasn't In stock he supported me with finding it in another store and showing me alternative options.

Went in on a whim, had a browse around but wasn't enthused by the colourways of the available walking shoes. However as I was considering leaving, I was approached by a store assistant - Gavin, who turned the whole experience around. Full of knowledge, he measured my feet, listened to the type of support and style I was looking for and gave me an amazing amount of information about the types of brands, shoes and support that would best suit my needs within my budget. Even some extra health tips to care for my feet. Although I didn't buy anything, I left the store a million steps closer to making a great walking shoe purchase thanks to Gavin!
