The shop is fantastic and very easy to navigate. We got all the stuff we needed too.
Lorna was the star of the show for us, extremely helpful & very patient. The tent we had picked up had no barcode on it but she fixed that!
I also forgot my membership, but she managed to find me on the system & get the membership discounts on our purchase!
So big shout out to her!!

Would like to say a huge thank you to Pete in the Cycling Centre.
We first contacted him in June to report an issue with my son’s bike that was still under warranty. Pete kept us fully informed throughout the process and we felt assured that it was being dealt with as fast as possible, despite the delays with receiving the bike part.

Ordered 2 items to be collected in store. Both items showing as being in stock at the store itself. Got an email 2 days later saying that only my second choice item was available. Click and collect orders are supposed to be picked in hours, not days. Disappointed

I appreciate how disappointing it must have been to place an order for items that appeared to be available at your chosen store, only to be informed two days later that one of the items was actually out of stock.
We understand your frustration regarding the time taken to process the order. When customers choose Click & Collect Express, they rightly expect prompt updates, and I am sorry that this was not the experience you received.
Whilst Go Outdoors aim to ensure our stock files are accurately reflected, cancellations can occasionally occur due to stock discrepancies or system issues, I fully appreciate how upsetting and inconvenient this is.

I recently visited the Cheadle store as my tent pole was broken when I purchased a tent and although this is not covered under warranty and the time had passed to return the tent, John was extremely helpful and replaced the pole and re-threaded it ready for my camping trip.
