Don't do a collect in store from an online order
Ordered a gazebo that was in stock in the store, did they bring one of these down to the collect in store area, NO, they shipped one in from elsewhere. I went in 3 days after placing the order to collect it expecting it to be ready. That's when I was told it was coming in from elsewhere, I was told I could go upstairs and pick one up but I'd have to buy it again then cancel my order and try to get a refund when it came into store. I never got a notification to say it was in store, after 3 weeks I went in to see if it had arrived. It had but it took 15 mins to find all the parts, very disappointing performance overall, hence 1 star.
