I recently visited the Cheadle store as my tent pole was broken when I purchased a tent and although this is not covered under warranty and the time had passed to return the tent, John was extremely helpful and replaced the pole and re-threaded it ready for my camping trip. Stored is well laid out with everything easy to find. Love the fact that they are dog friendly.

Went in Stockport Store to purchase a couple of OEX TeeShirts… they had either S or XXL, went in 10 days later thinking the would have restocked but they hadn’t bothered! Then ordered them online, had to pay £3.99 postage and wait 4 days for delivery. This is why people use Amazon so much.

Great visit today, lots of helpful staff who seem to enjoy answering camping questions. 1 thing that could make it better is an email to remind us the membership has expired , save time at the till for everyone although today the lass was very efficient , thank you .
