I first made a telephone call to the store to check availability of the cooler box I wished to purchase. A very pleasant voice which I later found out was Lorna was very helpful and cheerful on the phone making a nice change.
Riding at the store I found a very wide range of cooler boxes and I was very pleased to purchase the particular one I wanted.
It was quite a nice surprise to find that Lorna who had been on the telephone was helping me at the Checkout desk. The only disappointment I had was to find out that my GO Outdoors discount card had actually expired just two days prior to my visiting the store so I didn't mind renewing my GO Outdoors card for a mere five pounds which I think is very good value when you think of the discount you can receive. Many thanks Lorna lovely to have met you

Went into go outdoors to buy some camping equipment. Very clueless.
We found a member of staff and they were so helpful. Completely understood we were new to camping didnt try to sell us the most expensive or things we didnt need.

Excellent service today by the team at GoOutdoors, especially Charlotte who was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable.
I returned some Meindl walking shoes which I’d bought in August last year and the stitching was starting to come apart. Charlotte located the purchase through the discount card and I was able to swap them, no problem, even though the price had increased.
I also returned an Osprey rucksack bought for me for my birthday so I could get blue light discount applied.
Both transactions were carried out without any question or fuss. Great service. Thanks so much.
