T/c to the store to reserve an item was dealt with clearly. Item left for collection with details of how & where to collect.
On collection, the assistant (Fin) was extremely helpful, offering clear advice & recommendations about the purchase.

My experience at go outdoors was very pleasant. The customer service was excellent from fin as he showed me multiple walking shoes and told me the benefits of each one. It was clear he was very knowledgeable of what is best for each circumstance. He then later showed me bum bags that would be good for festivals. Very polite and made my time in go outdoors enjoyable. Will definitely be going back.

Great help with changing and just generally welcoming.

I was welcomed cheerfully on entering the store and offered help.
I was served promptly and got just what I wanted.

Went into the store to collect a tent, Natasha, was very helpful, she sorted everything out that we needed, went through things with us , Natasha was really great, very polite very friendly, and very helpful, if we could find what we was looking for, she sorted it out for use, it was such a very friendly and welcoming store, thanks for all your help, go outdoors team,keep up the great work 👍

Managed to find the tent I'd been looking for on the GO Outdoors website, so was very happy. Used my membership to get the discount, so was very happy about that also. Would have loved to give 5 stars,but the next day delivery service i paid for let me down and didn't show up. Customer services were most apologetic and refunded the cost, so i have no issue there, it just caused some inconvenience that's all. Overall, a great tent at a good price, so will continue to use GO Outdoors in the future.

Excellent customer service received today at Fox Valley by Jo, Lucy & Heidi.

Go outdoors Fox Valley is my go to for all my walking gear, jackets and winter coats.

Today I purchased some new Merrell MOAB 3’s and was helped by staff to find the right style and size I needed. Very helpful indeed!

Also picked up a few T-shirts too while there.

I will absolutely be back for anything else I need in the future.
